Hardened Traveler. You gain proficiency in Survival or Perception (your choice). If you already have proficency, you gain expertise instead.
Second Wind of the Wanderer. During combat you can use a bonus action to gain temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. You can use this once per short rest.
Keep Moving. Your ability to navigate the wilds is unparalleled. You and up to 8 creatures are unaffected by nonmagical difficult terrain such as snow, wetlands, or rocky terrain. You also have advantage on saving throws against exhaustion caused by weather.
