Friendly Toss

You learn the Friendly Toss maneuver.

As an action, you may pick up a willing creature within 5 ft., of your size or smaller, and throw them to an unoccupied space that you can see within 30 feet.

This movement doesn't trigger opportunity attacks. The creature ends this movement on their feet and takes no damage from the fall. If they end their movement within melee reach of another creature, they can use their reaction to make one melee attack against said creature.
