I've Had Worse

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Merely a Flesh Wound.  When you are hit by an attack or magic effect you can see coming, make a Constitution saving throw.  The DC equals half the total damage you would have taken (rounded down), with a minimum DC of 10.  On a successful save, you instead take no damage, and on a failure you take only half the damage.  You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
