The first time you would drop to 0 Hit Points after a Long Rest, you can choose instead to transform into a Fledgling of the Raven Queen that has the Avatar of Death stat block with you as summoner, removing all conditions that you become Immune to. If you drop to 0 Hit Points as a Fledgling, you transform back to your previous form and die. If at the beginning of your turn you do not see any enemies, you transform back immediately with 1 Hit Point, retaining all conditions currently affecting you.
