In the Humblewood Campaign Setting, some wind-touched Birdfolk are especially powerful, manifesting the spirit of wind into themselves near death. 

You must have the Wind-Touched background from the Humblewood Campaign Setting to gain this feat. when you fail a death save, you have a 20% chance to trigger an avatar-state style wind spirit that casts wind-related spells to defend your body and attack whatever tried to kill you. your DM decides whether or not you are under DM control while you are in this state.
