Origin Feat
You gain the following benefits.
Cyrics blessing. You gain the Deception skill.
Devious Destraction. Before you roll Initiative, you may target an enemy who can understand you within 10ft, roll Deception, if you role is higher than their initiative their initiative is 0 for the 1st round of combat.
Inception. Once per a long rest cast Suggestion, using your spellcasting ability or Charisma modifier whichever is higher. At level 13 you may cast mass suggestion using this feat instead.
