Prerequisite: Requires College Of Hospitality

Wherever you travel, your reputation as a generous and talented chef opens doors. People throughout the realms recognize (or quickly appreciate) your skill in the kitchen, and they are often willing to offer comfort in exchange for your cooking.

You can always find a place to prepare food, whether it’s a tavern kitchen, a friendly home, a roadside shrine, or a camp shared by wanderers. When searching for such a place, you and your companions can expect:

  • A warm fire or safe cooking spot

  • Shelter for the night

  • Basic ingredients or scraps to experiment with

  • Rumors, stories, or useful local gossip

  • A free simple meal in return for your culinary help

In addition, you can attempt to defuse tense situations by offering food.
As an action, make a Persuasion or Performance check contested by a creature’s Insight check.

  • If the creature is not actively hostile, and they fail the contest, their attitude improves by one step (hostile → unfriendly → neutral → friendly).

  • This effect is temporary and based on roleplay, but it can create openings for negotiation, bargains, or peaceful resolution.

This feature does not guarantee safety or special privileges, but it gives you a unique social edge anywhere food is valued — which is everywhere.
