This feat is based on one I actually used in a campaign I'm running; I awarded it after a noble barbarian in the group rolled 3 different natural 20's related to the topic of mummies. The feat, in honor of his sudden improbable knowledge, henceforth granted his character proficiency and advantage on knowledge checks involving mummies and mummification. This type of feat is one of my favorite things about DM'ing, because it allows you to encourage roleplaying and help players shape their character in fun, new, and unexpected ways.
Mechanic / Effect: Grants the character proficiency and advantage on knowledge-related checks concerning a particular topic (like mummies, for instance).
