Flare for the Dramatic

You have always had a certain flair to your deeds. This has manifested as a literal, bright flare before your most thrilling acts!

Dramatic Flare. As a bonus action before you make a Charisma-based attack or skill check, you may generate a bright flare that supports the action. When you do so, add a 1d4 to the attack or skill check. If this was a successful attack that dealt at least 1 point of damage, and the target has fewer hit points remaining than the results of your 1d4, the target loses their remaining hit points.
