General Feat
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Martyrs Ward. As a bonus action, select one creature within 30 feet of you. That creature reduces all damage they take by twice your proficiency bonus. When they reduce damage in this way, you take damage of the same type equal to your proficiency bonus. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining one use on a short rest and all uses on a long rest.
Sacrifical Defense. You have an emanation of 10 feet. At this start of your turn you may choose one creature in the aura. Their AC increases by 2, and your AC decreases by 1 while they are in your aura.
