You have been given a silver bill which you, and only you, may ring to summon a spectral Concierge. This specter is a CR 1 creature with 1 HP, and may only be perceived by you and those whom you choose to see/hear it in a 15 foot radius. Anyone you choose to perceive it may also give it commands.
The Concierge may do one of the following per summon:
1) Give you directions to the nearest pub, inn and/or store OR give you directions to a specifically named inn, pub or store.
2) Carry up to 50 lbs worth of gear to a known location that you've visited before. The goods will be delivered within the hour on spectral carriage.
3) Arrange for enough food and water for the party for an evening's meal to be delivered via spirits within 30 minutes or less.
The spirit will disappear once it's accomplished its tasks. Tipping is not required, but it may get better results.
You may summon the concierge once a day. If the concierge is somehow destroyed before it finishes its task, you must perform a ritual worth 100gp of silver dust to regain this ability.
