By selecting this Feat, you gain Proficiency with improvized weapons allowing you to do 1d4 + your dexterity or strenth bonus of damage on a successful attack roll with the improvised weapon; and you may apply your Sneak Attack Damage to the attack if you have not already used it. The damage type depends on the improvised weapon you select. A chair or wine bottle might do bludgeoning damage while a broken bottle or a broken chair leg might do piercing damage.

You may also use a Bonus Action to impose a Disadvantage on D20 Attack or Skill Checks of any creatures which you can see within a 15 feet cone from you in any direction using various items not normally treated as weapons such as thowing a cloak over an opponent's head or sand or salt in their eyes. Casting ball bearings or caltrops on the floor have their normal effect and impose a Disadvantage.

Or you may force creatures you can see within a 15-foot cone from you to roll a Dexterity Saving Throw or take the improvised weapon damage and your Sneak Attack Damage.

The DC for this save is your 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity Modifier. If the any of the creatures save against your Dirty Tricks, those creatures do not suffer a Disadvantage or they only take half damage, depending on which feature of this feat you chose.

You may not use this Feat to impose a Disavantage again until your next turn, and you may not apply your Sneak Attack Damage more than once per turn.

At 14th Level your improvised  attacks gain a + 1 to their Attack and Damage Rolls, and creatures you use Dirty Tricks against suffer a Disadvantage to Saving Throws against them.
