Your overall speed increases by 10 feet, and you gain a new Beast Form, and a new Natural Attack. Also, your curse advances and you are now plagued with Shifter Madness.
Beast Form. You can use your action to shift into a wolf, or back into your true form. Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of the beast, but you retain your alignment, personality, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Any equipment you’re wearing or carrying transform with you. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Natural Attack; Claw. While in your hybrid form, you can use your Claws, they are a natural weapon attack that deals 2d6 slashing damage. This attack counts as a simple melee weapon that you are proficient with, you use your Strength score for attack and damage rolls.
When you take the Attack action on your turn in your Hybrid Form, you can no longer wield weapons, using your teeth and claws instead. When you attack, you can attack twice with your claws and use a bonus action to attack with your bite. If your class action grants more than two (2) attack actions you can use your claws to make those attacks.
(You add the item Lycan Claw when you take this feat.)
Better Bite: Your bite does an additional 1d8 of damage (Take the item Lycan Gnaw, replacing Lycan Bite when you take this feat). In addition, while you are missing half or more of your hit points, you have advantage on attack rolls you make with your bite.
Harder to Cure. You can no longer get rid of your Lycanthropy through Remove Curse or other Restoration magic. You are limited to getting rid of this curse with Blood of the Lycanthrope Antidote or the Wish spell.
Advanced Curse: While transformed in your Hybrid Form, you cannot benefit from healing spells or potions. Instead you gain HP whenever you consume meat, regardless of where the meat comes from or if the meat is diseased or rancid. For every bite of meat you take you gain 1d4 HP.
In addition, your appearance in your humanoid form changes subtly but permanently: yellowed eyes, patchy hair/fur, elongated canines. These changes alter the way you are perceived, giving you disadvantage on any Charisma (Persuasion) and (Deception) checks due to your unsettling appearance.
Shifters Madness: Having not been born a Lycan, you suffer a kind of madness as your mind tries to cope with the changes you're going through, imposing a -2 to your Wisdom and Intelligence saves. You may even experience vivid nightmares and hallucinations even while awake.
