Experience brawling and/or Wrestling has given you the following benefits.

Unarmed Versatility. Your unarmed strike has the light property with the Damage, Grapple, and Shove options each counting as a different 'weapon'. (for example if you punch or attack with a light weapon as an action you can grapple or shove as a bonus action. If you grapple or shove as part of your attack action you can do the other as a bonus action.)

Improvised Weaponry. You are proficient with improvised weapons. When you attack with an improvised weapon that weighs less than 3 lb it has the light property. When you hit with an improvised weapon that weighs 3 lb or more it deals 1d6 damage instead of 1d4.

Will not be Contained. When you use your action to attempt to end the grappled or restrained condition on yourself, immediately after you may make one unarmed attack as a free attack action. (or an improvised weapon attack if your DM deems it appropriate such as attacking with manacles restraining you)

Down but not Out. Being prone does not impose disadvantage on your attacks against creatures grappling you. Being prone does not impose disadvantage on your ranged attacks made with thrown or improvised weapons.

Grapple and Shove Mastery. Choose one of Nick, Sap, or Vex. The Grapple and Shove options of your unarmed strike have the chosen mastery property where the target failing the saving throw (and thus being grappled or shoved) is considered hitting the creature and dealing damage for sake of the wording of those weapon properties. Whenever you finish a long rest you can replace the chosen mastery with a different one.
