Your Strength score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20. You gain the ability to assume a Hybrid Form, you are cursed with an Uncontrollable Urge and the appetite of a carnivore.

Hybrid Form. You can use your action shift into a Lycan hybrid or back into your true form. You revert to your true form if you die. When you shift, your armor falls off and you cannot benefit from armor while in your hybrid form. You gain the following benefits while in your hybrid form:
• While you are not wearing any armor, you gain a +2 bonus to your Armor Class. You can use a shield and still gain this benefit.
• Bite: You have a Lycan's Bite, this is a natural weapon attack that counts as a simple melee weapon that you are proficient with. Your bite deals 1d8 piercing damage, using your Strength score for attack and damage rolls. Your bite is a bonus action. (You add the item Lycan Bite to your sheet when you take this feet to use this feature.)

Uncontrollable Urge. Once per turn, when you take damage, you must make a Wisdom saving throw against a DC equal to half the damage you take rounded up to a max of 20. On a failed save, you must use your action on your next turn to transform into your hybrid form, if you aren’t in your hybrid form already. While in your hybrid form, you must spend each turn moving toward and attacking the creature nearest to you. If you have multiple possible targets, you attack one at random. You can repeat the Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of your turns to end this effect on a success. If a creature uses an action to calm you and succeeds on a DC 15 Charisma (Persuasion) check, you can repeat the Wisdom saving throw at advantage. If your saving throw is successful or the effect ends for you, you are immune to this feature for 1 minute. You cannot transform back into a humanoid until your urges are quelled by succeeding the Wisdom save. If you are out of combat when you make the Wisdom save, you can roll with an addition d6.

Carnivore. You can now stomach raw and rare meat, ignoring the risks of doing so, however eating anything that isn't raw or rare meat, such as vegetables or breads, do not satiate you. Eating these food make you sick to your stomach, causing you to throw up and take 1 point of exhaustion for trying. In addition, your hunger grows rapidly, making even your friends and family look tasty. Whenever you are around two (2) or more people and you're not in combat, you must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC of 10 plus 1 for every person in a 20 foot radius of you to a max of 20. If you succeed, you are immune to this feature for 8 hours. On a failed save, you transform into your hybrid form and attack anything nearby until the conditions for calming you from your Uncontrollable Urge are met OR for 1 min. After a failed save sends you into a frenzy, you are immune to this effect for 24 hours, having sated your primal urges.
