There was a time you recalled nothing.
Until names, faces, places, stained your mind.

A time before you knew friend from foe. Before you knew meat as anything but a meal.

Although over time, your mind has come to know these things, a Usurper attempts to rend them from you.

An abyss never to be filled, lies within your maw...

The world is meat. Will you bite it?
The memories are marrow. Will you hold tight enough?

You will feast. No longer a question, now an answer to never be denied.
But that same one now to forever haunt you.

Will It Ever Be Sated?

Prestige 1 - Dwog

The Devourer Cartessa's influence only strengthens as you connect to a far grander source of power. Through a link to that grand sea of energy contained... though some cycles through, much of it is grasped, never to be returned. An ever evolving desire, to drink more and more of it, until none is left. A parasite, leeching, without end. So long as you do not contain it, the benefits it can provide continue to spiral, though so too does your state of mind.

The limit on your stacks of 'Cartessan Flux' is now equal to your Constitution Modifier times your Proficiency Bonus, and the effects that did not already may stack when reaching a multiple of their initial requirements, as you embrace your nature. You now gain 1 stack whenever you take damage/have your current hp reduced, or are healed when not at your maximum hp. However, the DC of the saving throw you must make at the start of your turn is increased by an amount equal your current stacks, and the effect now re-saves at the start of your turn, rather than on taking damage.

The effects of your visage form and empty body now immediately apply when you are either in any kind of Danger (risk of taking damage or effects, or start of combat), or decide to Hunt, and lasts until either the Danger is no longer present (DM Discretion), or you deem the Hunt 'finished' (No Action Required).

Prestige 2 - Big Dwog

The ultimate creation. A mixture of science, instinct, instability, and far far more. Your position once just above all other beasts, now you stand at the pinnacle of all. Any and every who oppose, are mere snacks to consume. The truest… monster. Your bonus and damage from Elite Ranger increases by your Constitution Modifier for all non-intelligence based checks and attacks.

Your metabolism, reaching incomparable levels, as every bite leaves your body filled with new energy, to boost your capabilities. You are the hunter of all things, regardless of what they may be, when they may be, or how they may try to stop you. The Cartessa will not let you falter, lest its' own demise be wrought, forcing your body to act of its' own accord.

Once per turn, when you hit a creature with your ‘Devouring Maw’, you may gain the effects of an approved potion of your choice based on their CR or level. 1-5, up to Uncommon, 6-10 up to Rare, 11-19 up to Very Rare, 20-30 any rarity. When reaching certain amounts of ‘Cartessan Flux’, you gain access to new abilities.

20 Charges; One effect or condition applied to you is removed at the start of your turn, as the cause is turned to fuel and consumed. Whenever you regain hit points, regain an additional amount equal to half your charges of Cartessan Flux.

35 Charges; When an effect, ability, or similar would reduce you to 0 hitpoints, kill, or permanently impact you, you can choose to expend half of your charges of Cartessan Flux (rounded up), to negate the effect, and have your current hit points set to 1/10th your maximum.

50 Charges; When you hit a creature with ‘Devouring Maw’, you may expend any number of charges If the creature is smaller than you, roll a d100. If the amount you roll is equal to or less than the amount of charges spent, you devour them whole, as their body and soul is reduced to nothing by that black hole within. If the creature is larger than you, then the damage the triggering attack dealt is multiplied by the number of charges spent, and the attack ignores resistance and immunity. A creature killed in this way cannot be resurrected except by the Wish spell, or by feeding Voodoo 50,000 rations, enough to allow her to reform that body and soul.

 "Bork."

Prestige 3 - Bigger Dwog

Bigger, bigger, with no signs of stopping, you are becoming a creature of size incomparable with every meal you rip apart. In the past, you have fought countless beings of incomparable size, yet never once faltered. With that newfound size, your body must adapt in kind, to bear that burden. Hardly able to be considered a person, you are a beast through and through. A monster, and so your body conforms to the norms of one.

You are considered to be CR 30, and your intelligence score for abilities, spells, etc, that target you consider your intelligence score to be 1 for the purpose of being unaffected. Your speed, hit point maximum, reach, and base carrying capacity increase by your current size divided by 100 (Speed and Reach are rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5). The increase to vision from your floating technique is multiplied by this amount.

If the space you are in would not be large enough to contain your size, you enter a state known as 'Dimensional Rift'. Whilst in this state, your body is stored in an extradimensional space, allowing your size to increase without increasing the space you take up. You remain in this state until you enter a space large enough to contain your size.

Prestige 4 - Biggest Dwog

The abyss in your stomach grows wider, and the weight of your memories grows thinner. A walking chasm. A hunger, dressed in flesh. Matter, no longer your only meal. Memories, moments, the fabric of a space itself. Wherever you go, the area folds under what you are, breaking apart. Prey you stalk is not met with a hunter, but a landmark of teeth, flesh, and iridescent scale. Desperation, as nigh everyone has abandoned you, yet you cling to thoughts of kinship. Your hunger eclipses flesh. Empty yet overflowing, hollow yet infinite. Reality thickens around you like fat rendered in heat. Your memory dissolves at the edges, but instinct... remains pristine, sharpened, and insurmountable.

You gain three 'concepts', that you may choose to target when making an attack. You can only choose to target one concept for a given attack.

Matter - Biting down at the space a creature or object is in, you devour what makes up it's body. When you make an attack against a target, you may target a radius equal to your height divided by 200, around the point you bite the creature. All targets in that radius are targeted for the attack. If an allied creature is within this radius, you may make an intelligence saving throw against your Ki Save DC to avoid targeting them with the attack. After the attack takes place, all creatures in a radius twice as large must make a strength saving throw against your Ranger DC, or be pulled to the center of the radius, as the space fills itself back in.

If using this attack against a space, rather than a target, you can instead teleport a distance equal to the damage dealt.

Memory - Biting down at the memory of a target, you devour what dictate it's actions. The memory it has, and the memory others have of it. For this attack, the target's AC is equal to it's intelligence score plus it's wisdom score. On a hit, you reduce the creature's current hitpoints by the damage you would have dealt. If you reduce a creature's hitpoints to 0 in this way, all of it's memories, and all memories others have in regards to it are devoured, and it is stabilized at 0hp. This effect can be reversed by a Wish spell, from a creature immune to having its' memories altered.

If using this attack against a space, rather than a target, you can instead view a memory that took place here, up to a number of years ago equal to the damage dealt.

Moment - Biting down at the moment in time a creature has, you rip it's place in time to shreds. When making this attack, you can target a moment within the creature's past, up to a number of rounds ago equal to your current stacks of 'Cartessan Flux'. If a targeted creature is capable of manipulating, traveling through, or warping time, it must make a Constitution save against your Ranger DC, or be unable to do so for 1 hour.

If using this attack against a space, rather than a target, you can instead tear yourself through time, traveling backwards or forwards in time in this space, up to a number of years equal to the damage dealt.

"Voodoo eat many thing. Miss friends. No eats friends."

Prestige 5 - Bigger-est Dwog

The very essence of hunger, as that desire to feed is the architect of your form. But in these lands, that you have come to designate your own, your memories are bound. If there is one thing, you are, that is not... unfathomably craving... it is stubborn. Stubborn, to the utmost degree. Those few who are yet to abandon you, you refuse to let come to harm. Through that stubborn mindset, you wrench free the reigns from that parasite.

Every round you spend under the effects of 'Enemies Abound', you gain a +10 bonus to its' resave until you take a long rest. Effects that would read your thoughts, impact your memories, or do anything to alter, hinder, or change your mental state instead produce the sound of crickets chirping, as your head is so incredibly empty that nothing can truly stick.

Prestige 6 - Bigger-est-er Dwog

An 'Expanse'. An area, grand, unbroken. That Expanse, you now claim for your home. Your territory, in which to hunt. The wilderness, where you belong. But as things stand, it is not... big enough, for you. Unable to increase it's size, you must compact your own. Compressing tissue, through the destruction of space.

At the start of your turn, you may dictate what size your body is, from tiny, up to the maximum size you can attain based on current effects. Your height and size is still considered the maximum, but your body takes the physical shape of what you deem. You gain a bonus to d20 tests equal to your Constitution score. When you teleport, the maximum distance is anywhere within view.

You gain additional legendary actions.

Ravager (1 Action).
Make two Devouring Maw attacks.

Ceaseless Void (Costs 2 Actions).
Up to three creatures of your choice within 150ft of you make a Constitution save against your ranger DC, or have all conditions and effects removed from them. You regain hitpoints equal to the number of conditions removed.

Rend Concept (Costs 3 Actions).
Choose Matter, Memory, or Moment. You make one attack using that Concept’s rules. The attack deals half damage on a miss. On a hit, you gain 2 additional charges of 'Cartessan Flux'

Empty Roar (Costs 3 Actions).
Creatures of your choice within 120 ft make a Wisdom save against your Ranger DC, or have all damage they deal made nonmagical until the end of their next turn.

"Voodoo biggest yesm."

 Prestige 7 - Bigger-est-er-est Dwog

A dimensional space, once belonging to that Devourer. In its' absence, had begun to collapse. But with a Usurper, to take its' place, it may hold stable. Not a place for any to lay, except you. The one place, that can hold your frame, in its' insurmountable scale.

The limit on your stacks of 'Cartessan Flux' is removed, and are no longer lost when entering combat. You gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to your size, and a bonus to your saves and checks equal to your stacks of 'Cartessan Flux'.

When hostile creature starts it's turn within an emanation from you equal to your height, it must make a save of it's choice against your Ranger DC. On a failure, the creature may choose to exit the domain stripped of all magic items, or be devoured, severing all proof it ever existed, being erased from existence. A creature erased this way has their essence and idea devoured by you, becoming forgotten by all other creatures that knew it. On a success, the creature's existence wavers, but is not yet over. They forget one ability of their choice used within the last minute, until they exit the space.

Prestige 8 - The End that Forgot

A creature, as some say, is never truly dead, until it is forgotten. But you just can't help yourself, from feasting on those memories of the prey foolish enough to step foot within. Even here, you still hunt. Regardless of what your prey is, it deserves the chance to fight. But nothing can surpass Hunger, itself.

Your hitpoint maximum is equal to your size. When your size increases, your current hitpoints are increased by the same amount. When a creature other than you uses an ability that would alter the actions a creature can take, the ability fails, and the creature loses access to use of that ability. A creature can regain use of an ability lost in this way by feeding you 20,000 rations.

A creature reduced to 0 hitpoints by you, must make a d100 roll, for 'Remembering'. On a roll equal to or below their intelligence score, they remember this encounter. Otherwise, the encounter itself is ripped away, and eaten, having never happened, and the creature is returned to where it was before entering the domain, as if it had never entered.

As Hunger, you never truly... cease, to be. So long as someone craves, you remain. If you would be killed, wiped from existence, or similar, you are instead returned to the heart of your domain. Until you consume 50,000 rations, you lose access to your P7 and P8.
