Whenever you successfully Dispel or Counterspell a spell, or a spell you are casting is Counterspelled, gain 1 Arcane charge. You may have up to 5 Arcane charges.
You may spend 2 Arcane charge to give your next spell cast a +3 bonus to its Counterspell DC; or a +3 bonus on your next roll to Counterspell another creature's spell.
You may spend 5 Arcane charges, and a level 2, or two level 1 spell slots to cast Counterspell.
