Hemokinesis

Your devotion to the study of blood magic has borne fruit, allowing you to manipulate the lifeforce of living creatures, and granting you the following benefits:

Blood Boil. You gain access to the Sanguine Convulsion spell.

Blood Bend. As a bonus action, you may attempt to bend the blood of a target within 20ft of you to your will, manipulating it as you see fit.

The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or else become restrained until the end of its next turn, lasting for a maximum of 1 minute. While the target is afflicted, you may use your bonus action to extend the condition. If the target is in combat with you or creatures that are friendly to you, it has advantage on the saving throw. This ability has no effect on targets that don't have blood or that can't be restrained, and automatically succeeds on small pools of blood outside a creature. If the target is no longer within range of you, it immediately stops being affected. 

While restrained, the target is only able to act physically as you choose, but is still able to do things that don't require physical movement on its part. The target repeats the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, it is no longer restrained and can't be afflicted again by this ability.

Blood Bias. While a target is restrained, at the start of each of its turns, you may attempt to manipulate its blood, using it to control its actions.

The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw. On a success, the target remains restrained and nothing else. On a failure, you may move the target up to half its speed, and/or use its action to attack a target of your choice, with disadvantage on its attack rolls. If the target is in combat with you or creatures that are friendly to you, it has advantage on the saving throw.

If the target fails its saving throw by 4 or less, you receive mental backlash as it resists your manipulation, receiving 1d8 of psychic damage.
