Homebrew Warlock Invocation
Prerequisite: Warlock level 2, must have a familiar

You have mastered a deeper bond with your familiar, allowing you to communicate and act through it in ways others cannot.

Telepathic Bond: While your familiar is on the same plane of existence, you can communicate telepathically with it.

Shared Senses: As an action, you can perceive through your familiar’s senses.

Vocal Projection: While perceiving through your familiar’s senses, you can speak through it in your own voice, even if your familiar is normally incapable of speech.

This feat does not extend the range of your familiar beyond the normal limits of the Find Familiar spell.
