- You may treat any one-handed firearm you wield as a spellcasting focus for artificer spells.
- When you cast an artificer spell with a range of 30 ft or more, you may:
- Replace the spell’s normal targeting with a ranged weapon attack
- On a hit, the spell takes effect as though the target failed its saving throw
- On a miss, the spell slot is expended but nothing happens
