[POTP] Half Merrow

This homebrew feat is to unlock lore native custom races on RPDND: Paths of the Past (a minecraft dungeons & dragons roleplay server)

Legends foretell of beautiful mermaids that swim upriver and steal from lustful eyes.
Native Variant of TRITON or SEA ELF

Native Traits:

• Pisc Build. Your swimming speed is doubled. However, your anatomy prevents certain equipment and obstacles. Your walking speed is halved while standing, but not crawling. You only need 5ft of movement to stand from prone. (This does not affect movement that scales with your walking speed.)
• Crawling Leap. You can tail slap against the ground to travel long distances. While you are prone, your long jump is up to 25 feet and your high jump is up to 15 feet, with or without a running start.
