[POTP] Nocturne

This homebrew feat is to unlock lore native custom races on RPDND: Paths of the Past (a minecraft dungeons & dragons roleplay server)

The bravest rodents in all of Aravoxa, slaying countless enemies of impossible sizes.
Native Variant of RAPTOR, CORVUM, OWLIN, or STRIG

Native Traits:

• Echoed Ears. You have 20ft of blindsight as long as you're not deafened, and you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing. However, being exposed to extremely loud noises, such as thunder damage, will give you the deafened condition until the start of your next turn.
• Needle Point. Your unarmed strikes and natural weapons have the Finesse property.
