[POTP] Mist Psykers

This homebrew feat is to unlock lore native custom races on RPDND: Paths of the Past (a minecraft dungeons & dragons roleplay server)

The mentally mutated victims of the Fraying Mist, for better or worse than before.
Native Variant of RHEXBLOOD or VEDALKEN

Native Traits:

• Curse of Knowing. You can accurately recall anything you’ve seen or heard within the last month, but you have disadvantage on saving throws to avoid or end being charmed or frightened. You are burdened by what you have witnessed, and forgetting it is a luxury rarely felt.
• Choose one of the following options:
  • Psykosis Option A. You have resistance to Psychic Damage. Your mind is deeply numbed.
  • Psykosis Option B. Take the Observant Feat. You are deeply burdened with paranoia.
