Native Variant of HALF-ELF or ELF

Native Traits:

• Weak Zephyr. You can take an action to control the air around you for one minute or until you lose concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). While active, you gain a flying speed of 10ft.
• Skylander. You have resistance to cold damage. You also naturally acclimate to high altitudes, even if you’ve never been to one. This includes elevations above 20,000ft.
