Prerequisite: Gnome or Goblin
You learn the magic to cause harm just for fun, specifically through dismantling machinery. You gain the following benefits
- Increase your Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20
- Learn Vicious Mockery and your choice of either Bane or Hex, each of which you can cast once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast this spell in this way when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for all three spells.
