"I wish to permanently gain the ability to make one additional weapon attack whenever I take the Attack action on my turn, usable a number of times per long rest equal to my current proficiency bonus. This ability functions exactly as a class-granted Extra Attack feature, requires no concentration, expends no spell slots, does not replace or interfere with any existing class features, feats, racial traits, or magical effects, and does not stack with other Extra Attack features to grant more than one additional attack per use. This benefit cannot be suppressed, altered, reversed, transferred, misinterpreted, or removed by this wish or its consequences, and it causes no harmful side effects, penalties, exhaustion, loss of abilities, alignment changes, or future limitations beyond what I have explicitly stated.”
-Gain Extra Attack, on top of current extra attack, the number of times equal to my current Proficiency Bonus (+4).
