Multitasking. You can concentrate on up to two different spells at the same time. When you do so, you have Disadvantage on saving throws that you make to maintain your concentration and if you fail a concentration save, both of the effects end. When you concentrate on two spells at once, one of them must be of 3rd level or lower.
Conscious mind. If an effect or condition prevents you from maintaining concentration (ex. Unconscious, Rage), you can instead maintain concentration on one spell with Disadvantage on concentration saves. If you were concentrating on two spells, choose one which you want to keep, while the other spell will end.
Unbothered. You cannot have Disadvantage on your saving throws made to maintain concentration from any source other than this feat. Although if you have Advantage, sources of Disadvantage will still turn in into a straight roll.
