Long Hours of endless practice with your one chosen weapon give you superhuman abilities and make your weapon, no matter how ordinary, seem like the makers finger. After choosing a single weapon with which you already have proficiency with for 3 consecutive long rests this becomes your one and only weapon, you lose any proficiency bonus with any weapon that isn't the one you practiced with and allows you to apply twice your proficiency bonus to attack rolls. Choosing this weapon 3 more consecutive long rests at any point allows you to apply your proficiency bonus to damage rolls. Your familiarity with the weapon allows you to parry with it, granting a +1 to your AC. Can give up bonuses for proficiencies to return to normal or select a new weapon to begin practicing with upon a long rest.
