Some Laconians laughed at the idea of flying warriors, others marveled at the revolutionization of reconnaissance, but some, a very small but bizarre group have taken this new tool in spades becoming the legendary Laconian Eagle Lancers... equipped with their jump-packs and lances the Eagles dive from on high and break enemy lines with their incredible speed and crushing blows brought from high power.
Increases flying speed to 60 and advantage given on all melee attacks while flying and 2+ on hit rolls when in the air.
