Two Minds One Body

Your two minds and body have grown in tandem to support each emotionally and physically, granting the following effects;

Ability Score Increase. Increase your (Strength/Constitution) score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Co-Dependent. When you take damage and are aware of the source of that damage you may use your reaction to reduce the damage received by 1d4 + Constitution Mod. (The die increases in size to a d6 at 5th level, a d8 at 11th, a d10 at 14th and a d12 at 17th level). You may use this ability a number of times equal to your CON Mod + (half proficiency score, rounded down), Minimum of 1. You regain all expend uses of this ability on a long rest. 

Powefull Grip. When attempting to  grapple or shove, you are considered to be one size larger. Additionally you can use a bonus action to try to shove or grapple a creature within 5 feet of you.
