Boon of the Concert Maker

John has spent much of his life performing music in various taverns, colleges, and public spaces—sometimes causing dismay, but more often bringing joy to the crowd. As he prepares for his journey to Ascension, his musical abilities continue to evolve, taking on a new and powerful form.

The Concert!!!!

As an action, John can spend any number of inspiration dice to summon a spectral concert by using the action "The Concert!!!". The number of spectral attendants that appear at his concert depends on how many inspiration dice he expends, each granting unique abilities based on the table below:

• 1 Point: "Booo!!..."
  Only 10 spectral attendants attend your concert. You may choose a creature within 20 feet to receive the effects of Guidance for 1 minute.

• 2 Points: "Eh, Alright..."
  20 spectral attendants show up. As they gossip amongst themselves, you learn a random fact about the area you are in, as the spirits' chatter reveals tidbits of local knowledge.

• 5 Points: "Dang, this is kinda good!"
  50 spectral attendants arrive at your concert. After performing for 10 minutes, you gain surface-level knowledge of the realm you're in, as your spectral audience shares their stories with you.

• 10 Points: "Ayo, who dis??..."
  100 spectral attendants appear at your concert. After performing for one hour and succeeding on a DC 30 Performance check, you gain the benefits of Legend Lore, as the spirits contribute their legends and tales to your repertoire.

These spectral attendants have no creature type and cannot be interacted with in any way. They are spirits of those long lost, bored by the afterlife, drawn to John's music. Once the concert ends and the stories are shared, the attendants return to their final resting places. If John performs multiple concerts in a day, the DM can decide what the spectral attendants pass onto John. Will he annoy the spirits? Or will the extra music bring some good tidings? Up to you DM...
