Wing-Root Reinforcement Image
Prerequisite: Requires the Draconic Wings trait, and draconic heritage or dragonkin physiology (such as the Drakaryn species or similar dragon-blooded ancestry).

This feat reflects specialized anatomical conditioning most commonly developed by winged species such as the Drakaryn, reinforcing the musculature, tendons, and skeletal structures anchoring the wings. Your wings are structurally reinforced at the shoulder girdle and along the spine, designed to withstand extreme stress during flight, impact, and sudden loss of altitude.

You gain the following benefits:

• You have advantage on saving throws against effects that would restrain, grapple, or knock you prone while you are flying.
• When you take falling damage, the damage is reduced by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus × 5.
• Once per short rest, you may use your reaction to stabilize yourself mid-fall, preventing uncontrolled descent at the DM’s discretion.

This feat improves survivability and anatomical realism for large wings without increasing flight speed, maneuverability, or offensive capability.
