Concept: Intimidating spiritual pressure to knock out weaker-willed enemies.
Mechanics:
Tier 1 (Initiate, Level 1 Haki Use):
Once per long rest, force all creatures of your choice within 10 ft with less than your level in HP to make a Wisdom save DC 8 + Prof + Cha mod, or fall prone/fearful for 1 round.
Tier 2 (Advanced, Level 5 Haki Use):
Increase radius to 30 ft, affect creatures of half your level or lower.
Can knock one creature unconscious automatically once per long rest if HP < half max.
Tier 3 (Master, Level 11 Haki Use):
Radius 60 ft, can affect creatures up to your level.
Can use Dominating Roar to frighten multiple creatures for 1 round (Wis save to resist).
Optional Epic Feature (Tier 4, Level 17+):
“King’s Presence”: Once per long rest, instantaneously knock out all creatures of equal or lower level in a 60 ft radius (DM discretion for boss-level enemies).
