You gain the following benefits:

You can cast True Polymorph on yourself only without expending a spell slot or material components.

When you cast this spell through this feat, you transform into an adult dragon of your choice.

The transformation lasts for a number of hours equal to half your sorcerer level, rounded down.

You can dismiss the transformation at any time with no action required.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your spellcasting ability modifier (minimum of once). You regain expended uses when you finish a long rest.

When cast through this feat, True Polymorph cannot become permanent, and the transformation ends automatically when its duration expires or if dismissed early.

While transformed, you retain your alignment, personality, and memories, and you may maintain concentration on spells, as if using Wild Shape. You cannot cast spells while in dragon form unless the dragon’s stat block explicitly allows it.

While transformed, your equipment merges into your form and has no effect until the transformation ends.
