You have practiced extensively with a variety of weapons knowing how they function both offensively and defensively. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain proficiency with four weapons of your choice. Each one must be a simple or a martial weapon.

 In addition, you increase your Armor Class score by 1 when wielding one of these weapons and when another creature  makes an attack against you  if they are wielding one of these weapons. 

This feat can be taken multiple times.
