Efficient Spellcasting

You have learned through your years as a caster how to efficiently manage your energy, and you can now cast regular action cantrips as bonus actions at the cost of accuracy. You subtract 4 from your roll to hit with your cantrip spell. If this is used for a spell with a saving throw, the target gets advantage on the saving throw. If it is a utility spell without an attack roll or a saving throw, the spell is unaffected.
