Static crawls beneath your skin, and your gaze carries the certainty of a predator that always knows where you will run.
• Storm Lance (Action). You unleash a concentrated bolt of lightning in a 5-foot-wide, 100-foot-long line. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution, your choice). On a failed save, a creature takes 8d8 lightning damage; on a successful save, it takes half as much damage. A creature that fails the saving throw can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn.
You can use this ability the amount of times equal to your Constitution Modifier.
• Arc Scales. You have resistance to lightning damage. Additionally, when you deal lightning damage to a creature, you always know that creature’s location until the end of your next turn, even if it becomes invisible or heavily obscured. If the creature willingly moves before the end of its next turn, it takes lightning damage equal to your proficiency bonus (no action required).
