Your breath carries scorching wind and soporific fumes, and your presence wears others down until resistance feels pointless.
• Sirocco Slumber (Action). You exhale a blistering cloud of heated, shimmering gas in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution). On a failed save, a creature takes 6d8 fire damage and is poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the creature is also incapacitated. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t poisoned.
A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the condition on a success.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your constitution modifier.
• Laiton scales. You gain resistance to fire damage and immunity to magical sleep. Additionally, when you hit a creature that is incapacitated, you do fire damage equal to your proficiency bonus, and it has disadvantage on it's next save to end the condition. (no action)
