Your breath burns with divine fire, and those who withstand it find their strength stripped away.
• Sovereign Flame (Action). You exhale radiant-gold fire in a 30-foot sphere centered on you. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution). On a failed save, a creature takes 6d10 fire damage and is weakened until the end of its next turn. While weakened in this way, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls, and its weapon attacks deal half damage. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t weakened.
You can use this ability an amount of times equal to your constitution modifier.
• Jīnzǐ Scales. You have resistance to fire damage. Additionally, you have a 10 ft. aura. When enemies enter your aura, their Armor Class is reduced an amount equal to your proficiency bonus. Also those within your Aura have disadvantage on the save against Your Sovereign Flame.
