Prerequisite: You have consumed the heart of an emerald dragon

Your mind hums with alien whispers, and your presence fractures thought and intent.

• Psionic Fracture (Action). You lash out at one creature you can see within 90 feet with a surge of psychic disruption. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier). On a failed save, the target takes 8d8 psychic damage, and until the end of its next turn, it can take either an action, a bonus action, or a reaction (not all three). The target also has disadvantage on the first attack roll or saving throw it makes during that turn. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and suffers no additional effects.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your constitution modifier.

• Smaragdus Scales. You gain resistance to psychic damage. Additionally, when a creature fails a saving throw against one of your abilities or spells, you can choose to subtly cloud its perceptions until the end of its next turn. While affected, the creature treats all creatures other than you as lightly obscured, and it has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and opportunity attacks.
