You gain a bonus to your weapon attack and damage rolls equal to the bonus that would be granted to the attack roll of a Divination spell cast by an Initiate of High Sorcery given the current phases of the moons.

If the DC of a Divination spell would currently be given a penalty when cast by an Initiate of High Sorcery, then you instead gain the same penalty.
