Boon of the Skills Savant (Not automated)

When you gain this boon choose 3 skills.
If you choose a skill, which you have expertise in, such skill now gains thrice proficiency bonus. If you choose a skill with which you have proficiency, you gain expertise in this skill. If you choose a skill which you do not have proficiency with or Initiative, you gain proficiency in this skill. You gain 20 skill points. After you roll an ability check but before the result is declared, you may spend any number of skill points to gain a bonus of 1 per skill point spent. You regain all spent skill points after you finish a long rest.
