Prerequisite: Character must be in monk class or an unarmed fighter

Prerequisite: Monk

you can use your bonus action to activate Projection technique for 1 minute(3 turns). you can activate it a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier(minimum 1) and resets after short or long rest
While active, you can spend 1 ki point to trace a predetermined path of movement up to 30 feet. You instantly move along this path, appearing to teleport to observers. Your movement using this feature doesn't provoke opportunity attacks.

When you move using this feature, any creature you touch with your palm before moving must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw against your dexterity check or become frozen inside an animation frame until the start of your next turn. A frozen creature is incapacitated and has their AC reduced by number equal to dexterity modfier. The first attack that hits a frozen creature automatically breaks them out of the frame and deals an extra 1d8 force damage.

When you hit a creature that is frozen by your 24 Frames Per Second
you can spend 1 ki point to deal add the original damage of the first hit on top

When a creature you can see makes an attack against you, you can use your reaction and spend 2 ki points to move up to 15 feet without provoking opportunity attacks. If this movement takes you out of the attack's range, the attack automatically misses.
If the attack still hits you after this movement, you can immediately make one unarmed strike against the attacker as part of the same reaction.
