You possess a rare and powerful gift, a magical connection to the fates and the strings that connect all things. Due to your connection, you are able to cast Detect Thoughts a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier without spending any spell components. You are also able to glean much from very little when dealing with others, granting you training in the Insight skill (note: if you already have training in insight, you instead gain Expertise).
Finally, once per long rest, you may use use your reaction to choose a single dice that has been rolled for any action or consequence. Before the roll is resolved, you can use this power to know the exact total of the roll (including all conditional modifiers) and whether or not the roll would succeed or fail. If the chosen roll would be a success, you may choose to have it rerolled, gaining 1 level of exhaustion yourself as the power drains your natural vigor. If the roll is a failure, you may choose for it to instead be a success, gaining 2 levels of exhaustion as correcting failure is more draining than altering success.
