Prerequisite, the ability to cast the prestidigitation, thaumaturgy, or druidcraft cantrips (only one needed) or proficiency with the arcana skill.
Increase your charisma, wisdom or intelligence score by 1.
You learn two cantrips of your choosing from any class spell list and they may be from different lists. Each cantrip is considered a cantrip of the respective class you pull them from. However, they only have a spellcasting ability of +0 unless you have gained a class ability that grants a spellcasting modifier that applies to spells of the cantrip's class, at which point you use that spellcasting modifier instead.
[Note, when the term any class spell list is used, it means any class spell list. Some additional resources allow partial casters like the ranger or paladin to have cantrips available on their spell lists under certain conditions, even if they cannot learn them through normal means. (normally only allowing access to a few cantrip scrolls or the like)
This would allow them to access them as properly learned spells. It is comparable to magic initiate, but is intended to go in a slightly different direction with one or two minor drawbacks in exchange. It is also kept in mind for cantrip enthusiastic players that wish to stack this alongside magic initiate to get that extra bit of cantrips they love without watering down their level with unwanted multiclassing. Although it is at the cost of taking a second feat instead.]

Posted Jan 17, 2020It was a little difficult to word, but I wanted people to not be using this for having too much freedom with any random DC or attack cantrip when allowed to draw from any list. That is why I put the restriction on the spellcasting ability unless you actually have the respective ability from one of your classes already.
I also made sure the wording would still allow for 1/3rd casters to tap into it too, as they already draw from the wizard list but aren't "wizards" themselves.
