Breath of the Winter Court
When you use your Cold Breath Weapon, you may choose to empower it with Fey authority:

One creature that fails its saving throw against your breath has its speed reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn.

This effect can be used once per short or long rest.
This represents the Winter’s Daughter speaking through your draconic breath, not merely freezing flesh, but commanding stillness.
Winter’s Decree
Once per long rest
As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 60 feet. Fey sigils of ice and silver coil around it.
Until the start of your next turn:

You have advantage on attack rolls against the creature.

The creature has disadvantage on the first saving throw it makes against a warlock spell or class feature you use.
If the creature fails that saving throw, shimmering ice locks it in place, and it becomes restrained until the end of its next turn instead of merely slowed.
