Life and Death Journeyman

You deepen your studies into life and death.  You gain the following benefits.

• Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
• You know the spells Inflict Wounds and either Cure Wounds or Healing Word.  You can cast both of them once at their lowest level without expending a spell slot, and can cast them using a bonus action.  You regain the ability to cast these two spells in this way when you finish a long rest.  Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
