The Boon of Oghma, is granted to those wizards that were willing to sacrifice anything, even knowledge they gained, for the Good of the World and Magic .
They gain knowledge from Oghma's anicent library, that holds all knowledge ot Faerűn, depending on the sacrifice and the goal.
This is the minor blessing that greants the worthy additional Cantrips
