This relic is fashioned from blackened silver and horn, its surface etched with symbols of rot, devotion, and secrecy. In dim light, its markings seem to recede into shadow, as though reality itself avoids acknowledging them. When worn, the bearer’s shadow grows longer and subtly horned.
Shar’s Silent Favor

Bearer of Malice
When you use your Malediction feature, you may apply two different curse options to the same target instead of one.

The second curse lasts until the end of the target’s next turn.

You can use this benefit once per turn, but no more than once per Malediction use.
This reflects the Horned King’s mastery over layered suffering rather than brute force.
Shar’s Withholding
Once per long rest
When a creature affected by one of your curses, Bestow Curse, or a Horned King feature fails a saving throw, you may use your reaction to sever it from hope.
Until the end of its next turn:

The creature cannot regain hit points, and

Any source of advantage it would gain is suppressed.
This effect manifests as soundless darkness swallowing the creature’s outline.
Crownbound Whisper
While your Crown of Horns feature is active:

You gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier at the start of each of your turns.

The first time each turn you deal necrotic damage, you may reroll one damage die and take the higher result.
Mark of the Veiled Goddess (Narrative Feature)
Creatures devoted to Shar, ancient forest spirits, witches, and beings of shadow instinctively recognize the relic.

You have advantage on Charisma (Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion) checks when invoking secrecy, inevitability, or the Horned King’s authority.
