Bounty Hunting Expert

You've gotten better at capturing your targets. Many times, in your line of work, you've needed the target warm; you have learned how to capture without killing, as a result.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Cuff Expert. You have Advantage on Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks to force manacles on a creature. If the creature is Unconscious while doing so, you automatically succeed.

Skilled Wrangler. When using a rope, you can attempt to grapple a creature using your Dexterity instead of Strength for the DC, and the creature has Disadvantage on its saving throw to avoid or end the Grappled condition as a result of this grapple.
